The Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women district meeting is at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 9 at St. Bede the Venerable Church, at 215 Foothill Blvd. in La Cañada.

Speaker is Chris Sariego, director of public relations and marketing at St. Vincent de Paul of Los Angeles.
Sariego is an Emmy-winning journalist and producer with 25 years of experience.
