Sunday Homilies podcast Episode 6: “Hear the call and be aligned with God”

Second Sunday in Ordinary Time
Sunday, January 14, 2018
By Father Perry D. Leiker, pastor

“Staying in alignment with God is what puts us in alignment with the whole cosmos, with everything,” Father Perry tells us in his homily for the sixth episode of our Sunday Homilies podcast. “And everything begins to make more sense in us. When he have this sense of this cosmological connection and alignment, we really begin to see who the Christ really is — much more than just the historical Jesus, much more even than just even the resurrected one.”

Sunday Homilies podcast Episode 5: “The light has come. We have LED’s!”

The Epiphany of the Lord
Sunday, January 7, 2018
By Father Perry D. Leiker, pastor

“The messiah who was to come was to be the prince of peace. He was to bring compassion and humanness back into our lives,” Father Perry tells us in his homily for the fifth episode of our Sunday Homilies podcast, on the Epiphany of the Lord. “He was to make God dwell among us in a form that we could accept and understand, that could lead us back to being godly people. Emmanuel. The Christ. The messiah. This is what this feast means.”
